Our
aim at the New Vision Horse Show is for everyone to
have an enjoyable day, and bring the fun back into showing.
Prize
Fund
£35000
prize money on offer and we want to thank those who
did not cash their cheque or returned cheques with letters
of support
£500,000
Commitment
A
financial commitment of £500,000 given by Jethro and
Hugh McCusker for the event which took £100,000 to stage
with 39 classes each offering a prize fund of £1,000,
which did not include the £1,000 for champions. The
New Vision Horse Show has in excess of 20 judges, 40-50
stewards and run on a scoring system where points were
carried through to a grand final in the main arena.
A series of referees allocates points at various stages
during the judging process which eliminates the
question of any judges favouring a rider instead of
a horse.

Hugh McCusker and Jethro are no strangers to success
in the show ring, both having won many championships
and are also very successfull business men in their
own fields. Part of their collective vision for this
show is the introduction of a transparent judging system,
more spectator friendly, better prize money, fair treatment
for all to bring back the fun into showing. All
concerned with this show state that they are not in
opposition to any other show and invite all to come
along and look at our "New Vision" neither Hugh or Jethro
will exhibit, but like everyone, want the best horse
to win, be it produced or ridden by professional or
amateur. |
